【摘要】 目的:检测乙醇脱氢酶1B(ADH1B)R48H多态性与口腔癌的关系。方法:采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法在80例口腔癌患者和108例正常对照中进行基因分型,并用χ2检验检测ADH1BR48H多态性的基因型和等位基因频率在病例组和对照组中是否有差异。结果:ADH1B R48H多态性的基因型和等位基因频率在病例组和对照组的差异无统计学意义。结论:ADH1B R48H多态性可能在口腔癌的发生中不起主要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the relationship between R48H polymorphism in the alcohol dehydrogenases 1B(ADH1B) gene and oral cancer risk.Methods: ADH1B R48H polymorphism was genotyped using polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and restriction fragment length polymorphism(RFLP) method among 80 cases with oral cancer and 108 normal controls.The differences in genotypic and allelic frequencies between patients and controls were compared by the χ2 test.Results: No significant differences were found in allelic and genotypic frequencies between patients and controls.Conclusion: ADH1B R48H polymorphism might not play an important role in the development of oral cancer.更多还原
