【摘要】 职业体育越轨行为对我国职业体育的健康发展具有重要影响。从外部性入手,在相关研究梳理的基础上,探讨我国职业体育的越轨行为问题,并基于成本收益比较分析认为:我国职业体育越轨行为外部性表现为职业联赛组织内效应和组织间效应,其产生与我国职业体育的市场缺失和政府越位有关;而且我国职业体育越轨行为负外部性的治理成本存在随越轨行为数量的变化特征,针对不同越轨行为水平的治理具有差异性;针对当前职业体育越轨行为外部性的特殊表征,宜从市场机制、制度机制、组织机制及社会化机制等方面进行治理。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is an important influence of the deviant behavior for the healthy development of the professional sports of China.Based on related research,this paper analyzes the deviant behavior problems of our professional sports from the perspective of the negative externality.Using comparative analysis of cost-benefit,we find out that the negative externality performance of the professional sports can be disintegrated as internal organization effects and inter-organizational effects,and it may close with the market loss and government offside of our professional sports.It has the feature that the transgressions cost of our professional sports negative externalities change with the number of deviant behavior,so the management may be difference with different levels of deviant behavior.For the special requirements of the negative externalities of our professional sports,it can be administered by use of the mechanisms of the institutional,the market and the organization.更多还原
