三环锻造用42CrMo钢的研制

【摘要】 主要介绍了42CrMo钢的生产工艺流程、成分控制及工序标准.生产实践表明,氧气顶吹转炉→LF钢包精炼炉→VD真空脱气炉→连铸生产出的42CrMo钢,其化学成分、力学性能、低倍组织均能满足用户要求的性能指标,通过LF炉精炼后,钢中氧的质量分数在15×10-6以下,很好控制了钢中的夹杂物含量.

【Abstract】 Production processes,chemical composition control,and process standard of 42CrMo steel were mainly introduced.The production practice showed that the metallurgical technology process of 42CrMo steel is comprised of top-blown converter,LF ladle refining furnace,VD vacuum degassing furnace and continuous casting.The chemical composition,mechanical properties and macrostructure of 42CrMo steel can meet the consumer’s requirement of the performance index.The total oxygen of 42CrMo steel is under 15×10-6 by LF furnace refining.The inclusion content of 42CrMo steel can be controlled very well.
