菲牛蛭繁殖性能的初步研究

【摘要】 为确定菲牛蛭(Hirudinaria manillensis)体质量、年龄和应激刺激与菲牛蛭繁殖性能的关系,采用单因素方差分析在不同体质量、年龄、应激次数条件下,菲牛蛭的产卵和孵化情况.结果显示:不同体质量菲牛蛭亲本其繁殖能力有显著差异(P<0.05),体质量为10~<15g亲本产茧数最多,卵茧孵化率和孵化数最高;不同年龄菲牛蛭亲本,其繁殖能力差异显著(P<0.01),实验中2~3龄亲本产茧数最多,卵茧孵化率和孵化数最高;适当的环境刺激对菲牛蛭的繁殖有促进作用,实验中1或2次操作刺激对菲牛蛭亲本产茧数、孵化率和孵化数均有明显的增加(P<0.01).建议在菲牛蛭人工繁殖过程中,选取10~<15g体质量、2~3年龄亲本进行繁殖,同时在繁殖过程中可适当对亲本进行1或2次刺激.

【Abstract】 Understanding correlation of reproduction with weight,age and stress in Hirudinaria manillensis is useful for artificial breeding.Hirudinaria manillensis used in this study weighed 5~<10 g,10~<15 g,15~20 g,aged 8 mon,2,3,4 yr,and were subjected to stress at frequencies of 1,2,3.It was found that Hirudinaria manillensis weighed at 10~<15 g or aged 2~3 yr had optimal reproductive ability.The number of cocoon,hatching rates,mean hatching numbers showed significant difference under different weight or age conditions.Certain stress level had a positive influence on cocoon number,hatching rates,and mean hatching numbers.It is concluded that Hirudinaria manillensis wheighed at 10~<15 g or aged 2~3 yr improved cocoon production.It is also important to deliver certain stress under artificial breeding conditions to achieve good reproductive ability.
