基于Li2O-TiO2-P2O5体系玻璃/微晶玻璃电解质的研究进展
Research Development of Glass/Glass-Ceramic Electrolyte Based on Li2O-TiO2-P2O5 System
【摘要】 近年来人们对具有NASICON结构的LiTi2(PO4)3作为快离子导体进行了深入的研究,一些研究者以Li2O-TiO2-P2O5为体系通过改变其氧化物配比或掺杂等方法将其制成玻璃或微晶玻璃以提高其离子导电率等性能。本文介绍了以Li2O-TiO2-P2O5体系为基础进行掺杂Al2O3以及其他氧化物做成玻璃或微晶玻璃的一些方法、离子传导率等性能对比。
【Abstract】 In recent years,LiTi2(PO4)3 with NASICON structure has been investigated as fast ionic conductor in depth.Some researchers have enhanced the properties(ionic conductivity,etc.) of Li2O-TiO2-P2O5 system by changing its oxides ratio or doping method and making it into glass or glass-ceramic.In this paper,some ways of making Li2O-TiO2-P2O5 based system into glass or glass-ceramic by doping Al2O3 and other oxides are introduced and properties like ionic conductivity are contrasted.
