宽孔距爆破法数值模拟及破岩机理分析
Numerical Simulation and Mechanism Analysis of Rock Fragmentation of Wide Hole-distance Blasting
【摘要】 运用数值计算方法研究了台阶爆破中常规孔距与宽孔距的应力场分布与破岩机理。由模拟结果可知,当密集系数为1.0或3.7以上时,孔间应力叠加效果并不好。而密集系数在1.7~3.7之间时,孔间应力分布均匀,叠加效果较好,这是有利于岩体破碎及减少大块率的。
【Abstract】 The numerical computation method is applied to research stress distribution and mechanism of rock fragmentation of bench blasting between conventional hole-distance and wide hole-distance.The simulated results show that stress superposition between holes is ineffective when burden-to-spacing ratio is 1.0 or higher than 3.7.While the ratio is 1.7 to 3.7,stress between holes distribute evenly and superposition is favorable,which is conducive to breaking rock and reducing the ratio of boulders.
