【Abstract】 Languages can be divided into the developed and the underdeveloped.The author puts forth three criteria: writing form,amounts of vocabulary,and the number of books.The most important internal cause that makes languages endangered is that they cannot meet the needs of the society.An endangered language can be regenerated only through creating a writing form,introducing enough words into it,and translating large number of books into it so that it is able to meet the social demand for cutting-edge scientific research and large-scale modern production activities,and the needs of people to pursuit a better material and spiritual enjoyment.更多还原
