【摘要】 目的通过制定临床科学合理输血申请与输血病历评估体系并用于临床科室合理用血评价,探讨在临床用血紧张的情况下,提高输血质量,节约临床用血的措施。方法通过建立和执行严格输血申请审批、临床输血申请合理性评估,及输血后输血病历归档与评估制度,总结分析8年间医院住院患者人次、手术例数与临床用血量的关系,不断完善细化医院临床科学合理用血管理制度。结果对临床科学合理用血管理制度执行效果进行统计分析,结果显示,8年间在住院患者增长98.55%及手术例数增长97.61%的情况下,临床用血量仅增加9.57%,手术科用血量下降12.12%,住院患者人均输血量下降44.82%,手术患者人均输血量下降47.27%。红细胞用量上升8.52%,血小板用量上升27.50%,冷沉淀用量升高25.5倍,血浆用量下降15.19%。结论通过制定和完善临床科学合理用血管理制度,建立用于临床合理用血评价体系,达到对临床用血进行科学调控和规范管理,节约宝贵的血液资源和使其临床疗效最佳之目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish an evaluation system of blood transfusion application and case medical records for clinic scientific transfusion monitor.Methods we analyzed the relationship among the number of inpatient,the number of surgical cases and clinic blood total amount during last 8 years.Results With the 98.55% increasing of the number of patients and 97.61% increasing of surgical cases,the amount of blood transfusion increased 9.57%,the amount of red blood cells increased by 8.52%,platelet amount of an increase of 27.50%,cryoprecipitate increased to 25.5 times and the plasma decreased by 15.19%.While the amount of surgical blood transfusion fell 12.12%,the amount of blood transfusion in each patient as well as surgical patients have dropped by nearly 50%.Conclusion Reasonable scientific multiple management and patient case record assessment system could achieve to improve clinical blood transfusion therapeutic efficacy and save blood resources.更多还原
