【摘要】 目的探讨含利福平的可降解的医用CaSO4颗粒在骨关节结核治疗中的作用和疗效。方法回顾性分析38例骨关节结核患者的临床资料,在彻底清除结核病灶及复位内固定的基础上,应用含利福平的医用CaSO4颗粒或自体骨与CaSO4颗粒混合物进行骨移植替代治疗,其中脊柱病变26例,关节病变9例,胸骨病变3例。结果骨缺损量10~40ml。36例患者一期手术治愈,早期观察CaSO4颗粒吸收期21~60d,与植骨生长同步。1例结核复发,1例局部形成滑囊积液,局部处理后治愈。随访3~12个月,骨的顺应性及受力情况均得到良好改善。结论含利福平的医用CaSO4颗粒在骨关节结核骨缺损治疗中,能起到增加移植物容量,促进骨修复、骨生长,增加局部抗结核药物浓度的作用,提高了骨结核的治愈率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of medical grade calcium sulfate pellets incorporated with rifampicin in the treatment of bone and joint tuberculosis. Methods Thirty-eight cases of bone and joint tuberculosis who underwent radical debridement and instrument surgery were included. The medical grade calcium sulfate pellets incorporated with rifampicin or admixture of autograft and calcium sulfate pellets were used as grafting material. Results Thirty-six cases were cured after the surgery. In the pilot study, CaSO4 pellets was absorbed 21 to 60 days later. One case recrudesced. One case formed hydrocele of synovial bursa. Conclusion The application of medical grade calcium sulfate pellets incorporated with rifampicin could achieve good effects in the treatment of bone and joint tuberculosis.
