【Abstract】 Collective reviewing after publication is good for improving the whole quality of the periodical,which is generally agreed with by professionals.This paper puts forward that collective reviewing after publication is an effective way to improve young editors’ quality according to the five-year exploration and practice of the editorial department of Journal of Xiangfan University.It is easy for young editors to orientate themselves in their major field.It is not only good for them to learn the professional knowledge,but also good for the improvement of their professional competence.更多还原
