【Abstract】 Authors’ recommendation of peer reviewers helps journal editors to speed up the review process and improve the review efficiency.We analyze the main problems in the reviewer-recommending convention,and suggest that editors of sci-tech journals should guide the authors to recommend proper reviewers and carefully examine the recommended reviewers.In a closed peer-review system,recommended reviewers should be invited conditionally.Personal relationships during the review process should be broken and it would be best to make public the reviewers’ comments.更多还原
