【Abstract】 Through the wide documentation of the overseas research on the women’s soccer of teenagers and browsing international websites,the paper discusses the origin and evolution of the American teenager’s women soccer development and makes an internal and external motivation research on the sustainable development.It concludes that the internal motivation is the psychological and institutional incentive;the former includes the freedom education concept and integration of the amateur sports spirits while the latter includes the regulations,management and competition system.Its external motivation is the nature and environmental and social environment incentives.更多还原
