【摘要】 运用特尔斐法、访谈法、数理统计、文献研究等方法,对"体育生活化"、"体育生活化社区"进行了概念的界定;避开管理、行政路线,遵循理论与实践相结合的原则,从反映体育生活化本质的指标入手,提出两个特色指标"体育家庭"和"体育骨干";共进行专家问卷法3轮,最终构建的《体育生活化社区评价指标体系》及其权重集,其中四个一级指标分别为政府提供体育公共服务产品、社区体育社会化程度、锻炼人群行为与态度以及家庭体育活动与体育家庭等;12个二级指标分别为场地设施及经费的社会化、居民锻炼的行为与效果、体育家庭健身特征等;29个三级指标分别为有3个以上社区体育居民自治组织、有民间体育社团、辖区内单位体育场地开放率80%以上等。旨在为政府有关部门推广、评价体育生活化社区提供理论依据,也为街道、社区管理者指明方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the Delphi method,interviews,mathematical statistics and literature research,this paper has defined the concept of "the sports life" and "sports life community";It also proposes two characteristic indexes avoiding administrative route and following the principle of combining the theory and the practice to show the characteristics from indicators of sports life: "the Sports Family" and "the Sports Backbones";Expert questionnaires conducts a total of three turns.The ultimate building of "the Index System of the Sports Life Community" and weight scale includes as follows:the four one-level indicators are sports public service products provided by the government,the community sports socialization,the crowd’ exercise attitude,the family sports activities and so on;the twelve second-level indicators are the socialization of the facilities and funds,the exercise effect of the residents,the sports family fitness characteristics and so on;the twenty-nine third-level indicators are a three or more community sports residents autonomy organization,the folk sports clubs,the opening rate above 80% within the jurisdiction and so on.This study aims to provide theoretical basis for the relevant government departments on the promotion,the evaluation of the sports life community,as well as providing a specified direction for the streets sports management.更多还原
