【Abstract】 This paper combines decision making of fuzzy mathematics with MBO performance evaluation system in management theories,constructs reasonable performance evaluation system model of PE teachers.Based on designing the indicators of performance,the paper uses AHP and comprehensive evaluation to confirm the weight and performance evaluation.The emphasis is to improve the standards of evaluation and implementation methods,in order to provide references for PE teacher evaluation work.更多还原
