【摘要】 为了日常科研管理工作更加规范、科学、高效,针对高校科研管理的信息化建设开展了研究工作。在基于网络基础上,采用三层架构模式开发出高校科研管理系统平台,给出了系统的功能模块和实现过程。该系统是一个开放式的多级、网络化管理系统,面向全校范围内所有从事科研活动或者科研管理活动的人员,实现对学校科研信息与科研业务的全面信息化管理,大大提高了科研管理的工作效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 To make the daily work of the scientific research management more standardized,scientific and efficient,the present research is carried out aiming at the information construction of the university scientific research management.Based on the three-layer network infrastructure,we develop the platform of the university scientific research management system,demonstrate the functional modules of the system and implementation process,and realize the information management of the research system.The system is an open type multistage network management system,which involves all the personnel conducting scientific research activities as well as those who manage the scientific research activities.The system achieves the comprehensive information management of the university scientific research activities.and greatly improves the efficiency of the scientific research management.更多还原
