【摘要】 城市化人文质量是以人为中心,反映城市化进程中农民工及其家属在经济、社会、文化和发展等人文需求方面的满足程度。我国城市化速度快,但人文质量积累问题多,已给经济和社会发展带来五大消极后果。全面提升城市化人文质量,是使国民真正共享改革发展成果,尽快实现经济和社会转型升级的要求。突破传统等级理念,确立民工主体意识,尽快实现居民公共服务均等化,开放中小城市户籍登记制度,鼓励民工举家迁移,落实住房社会保障,是有效提升城市化人文质量不可或缺的战略举措。更多还原

【Abstract】 The human quality of urbanization centers on human resources.It also reflects how much the migrant workers and their family members benefit from the economic,social and cultural development in the process of urbanization.China’s urbanization has been quickly speeded,and the many human quality problems have five negative consequences on social and economic development.In order to make the people benefit from the achievement of the reform and development and to upgrade the economic and social transformation,we should develop the human quality of urbanization as quickly as possible.The effective and strategic measures include: breaking through the traditional hierarchical concept,establishing the subject consciousness of migrant workers,providing the residents with equal public services as soon as possible,releasing the household registration system in small and medium-sized cities,encouraging migrant workers’ family migration,implementing housing and social security policies.更多还原
