纳米载药系统在心血管疾病治疗中的应用
Application of nanoscale drug delivery system in treatment of cardiovascular diseases
【摘要】 纳米载药系统为心血管疾病的治疗提供了一种新型的给药手段,在解决多种药物口服、靶向、缓释等问题方面显示出极大优势。在传统的纳米脂质体、固体纳米颗粒等剂型的基础上,使用纳米颗粒载药的方式不断更新,包括纳米载药纤维、载药颗粒涂层支架、阳离子纳米脂质体及两亲超支化聚合物胶束等。通过结合磁共振成像、超声成像、荧光检测等方式,出现了集诊断、治疗于一体的新剂型,并继续向多功能化方向发展。同时,纳米载药系统也存在着生物相容性及细胞毒性等亟待解决的问题。本文就用于心血管疾病治疗的纳米载药系统的新剂型,及国内外研究进展做一综述。
【Abstract】 Nanoscale drug delivery system(DDS) provides a new administration method in treatment of cardiovascular diseases.The system shows enormous advantages in solving current problems of oral medication,targeting,and long-term release,etc.New DDS formulation methods based on traditional forms of drug delivery nanoparticles are updated and reported.These methods include drug-loading fibers,drug-coated stent,cationic liposome,amphiphilic hyperbranched polymers and so on.In addition,DDS is improving towards multi-function by using magnetic resonance imaging,ultrasonic imaging and fluorescence to combine diagnosis and therapy in one device.However,the problems of biocompatibility and cytotoxicity in DDS are to be resolved.This article reviews current developments of nanoscale drug delivery system specifically targeting cardiovascular diseases.
