Tween 20对联吡啶钌电化学发光的增敏作用
Sensitization of Tween 20 on Ru(bpy)32+ electrochemiluminescence
【摘要】 目的为进一步提高联吡啶钌电化学发光检测的灵敏度,研究了非离子表面活性剂Tween 20对联吡啶钌电化学发光的增敏作用。方法对Tween20的浓度进行优化后,在最佳添加浓度0.1%的条件下,测试联吡啶钌的灵敏度、线性范围和稳定性。最后,探讨了Tween20对三丙胺电化学行为的影响。结果 Tween 20浓度为0.1%时,对联吡啶钌电化学发光的增敏作用最佳。在此浓度下,联吡啶钌的检测灵敏度提高了100倍,在浓度为5×10-11~1×10-7mol/L范围内与电化学发光强度呈良好的线性关系,且Tween 20能促进三丙胺在电极表面的直接氧化并增强其氧化电流。结论 Tween 20对联吡啶钌的电化学发光具有较强的增敏作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To improve the sensitivity of the Ru(bpy)32+electroehemilumineseenee(ECL) deteetion,the sensitization of nonionic surfaetant Tween 20 on the ECL of Ru(bpy)32+was studied.Methods The concentration of Tween 20 added was optimized firstly.In the optimum concentration of Tween 20 as O. 1%,the sensitivity,linear range and repeatability of Ru(bpy)32+were tested.Then,the effects of Tween 20 on the eleetroehemieal behavior of tripropylamine were discussed.Results When the concentration of Tween 20 was 0.1%,the sensitization on the ECL was best.In this concentration,the sensitivity of Ru(bpy)32+ increased 100 times,and there was a good linear relationship between the concentration of Ru(hpy)32+and ECL intensity in the range of 5×10-11to 1×10-7mol/L.Moreover,Tween 20 could promote the direct oxidation of tripropylaminc on the electrode surface and enhance the oxidation current.Conclusions Tween 20 has strong sensitization of on the ECL of Ru(bpy)32+.
