基于ZigBee的风力发电机齿轮箱故障诊断系统
System for Wind Turbine Gearbox Fault Diagnosis Based on ZigBee
【摘要】 ZigBee技术是一种近距离、低复杂度、低功耗、低速率、低成本的双向无线通讯技术.针对风力发电机工作环境复杂、要求监测点较多、齿轮箱相对体积较小、维修困难等特点,提出将ZigBee技术应用于风力发电机齿轮箱的信号采集,并分析了采集信号.根据信号分析结果,对齿轮箱做出故障诊断.
【Abstract】 ZigBee is a group comprised by international technology companies that work together to enable reliable,cost-effective,low-power,wirelessly networked,monitoring and control products based on an open global standard.For the complex operation environment of the wind turbine,it is proposed to use ZigBee technology to collect the signal of the gearbox in this paper.The fault diagnosis result can be got according to the analysis of the signal.
