钢筋直径与活性粉末混凝土粘结性能的关系
Relationship of Bar Diameter and Bonding Performance of Reactive Powder Concrete
【摘要】 钢筋与混凝土的粘结性能的好坏对实际工程中有着重要的作用.影响钢筋与混凝土粘结性能的因素有很多,比如钢筋直径,钢筋锚固长度,钢筋保护层厚度以及钢筋的锈蚀情况等.在普通的混凝土与钢筋粘结性能的研究中,已总结出了很多成熟的规律.但是对钢筋和活性粉末混凝土的粘结性能的研究相对比较少,缺乏具体的规范.现主要通过握裹力实验,研究钢筋直径与粘结性能的关系.通过实验得出一些结论:钢筋和活性粉末混凝土的粘结强度比普通混凝土和钢筋的粘结强度大很多,滑移曲线也有更好的延性.此外研究发现粉末混凝土相比普通混凝土有着更好的抗裂性能.这些结论为以后相关设计提供参考.
【Abstract】 Bonding capability of bars and concrete plays an important role in practical engineering.There are many factors that affect the coherent behavior of reinforcing steel bar and concrete such as bar diameter,steel bar embedment length,thickness of cover to reinforcement,corrosion of steel bars and so on.A lot of conclusions are summed up,through the general study on the coherent behavior of reinforcing bars and ordinary concrete.But there is no specification of reactive powder concrete because of few study.It is primay to study the effect of diameter on bonding performance through the experiment of bond and draw a number of specific conclusions in the paper.The bonding strength of bars and reactive powder concrete is much larger than the ordinary concrete and reinforcing bar.The cracking resistance performance of Reactive Powder Concrete is better than ordinary concrete.These conclusions are supplied for future design as references.
