【摘要】 [目的]探求晚期肾癌的有效治疗方法。[方法]以中医中药辨证治疗1例晚期肾癌双肺多发转移患者。气阴不足,痰郁肺热,以益气养阴,清肺化痰为法;气血两虚,脾肾不足,以温补气血,健脾补肾为法,方选十全大补汤加减;脾胃气虚,痰湿蕴肺,以益气健脾,化痰止咳为法,方选百合固金汤加减;肝肾不足,以滋补肾肝,清热解毒为法,方选六味地黄汤加减。[结果]该患者通过中医药结合,中医药中药辨证论治,提高了生活质量,带瘤生存,已存活15年。[结论]以十全大补汤、六君子汤、百合固金汤、六位地黄丸汤等中药随症施药,在辨证论治的基础上酌情配伍使用,治疗效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To observe effective method for advanced kidney cancer.[Method] Administer TCM to 1 case of advanced kidney cancer transferred to double lungs by differentiation of signs.Nourish Qi and Yin,clear lung to remove sputum for deficient Qi and Yin,and sputum lush and hot lung;warmly nourish Qi and blood,reinforce spleen and tonify kidney,and take revised Full Tonifying Decoction for both deficiency of Qi and blood,deficient spleen and kidney;tonify kidney and liver,clear hotness to remove toxin and take revised Liuwei Dihuang Decoction for deficient liver and kidney;tonify Qi and spleen,remove sputum to stop cough and take Baihe Gujin Decoction for deficient spleen and stomach Qi,and sputum dampness blocked in lung.[Result] Full Tonifying Decoction,Liujunzi Decoction,Baihe Gujin Decoction and Liuwei Dihuang Decoction have good curative effect if they are used with differentiation of signs and in revision.更多还原
