【摘要】 [目的]总结老年髋部骨折合并帕金森病行手术治疗后的并发症观察及护理。[方法]对我科收治的8例老年髋部骨折合并帕金森患者行手术治疗,术后的综合护理包括一般护理、疼痛护理、功能锻炼、心理护理、并发症的观察及护理。[结果]1例术后3月出现假体松动,进行了髋关节翻修手术;1例术后一月余出现肺部感染转内科治疗;1例出现泌尿系感染;1例出现术后精神障碍。[结论]老年髋部骨折合并帕金森病患者术后并发症发生率较高,手术治疗后应施行全面的术后护理,尤其是并发症的预防及观察、心理护理及功能锻炼。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To sum up the prevention of complications and nursing of the old hip fracture merging with the Parkinson’s undergoing operation.[Methods] From January 2008 to January 2010,five cases of old hip fracture merging the Parkinson’s in our department were treated by open reduction fixation.The postoperative comprehensive care program consiss of general nursing,pain nursing,functional exercise,psychological nursing and prevention of complications.[Result] One case appeared the body loosed after three months of the operation;one case appeared pulmonary infection after a month of the operation and turned to medical management;one case appeared urinary infection;one case appeared neuropsychological disturbances.[Conclusion] The rate of the complications on the old hip fracture Parkinson’s is very high.The postoperative comprehensive nursing program is good for the old hip fracture Parkinson’s,especially of the prevention and observation of complications,psychological nursing and functiona rehabilitation.更多还原
