【摘要】 [目的]观察国产及进口试剂对泌尿生殖道解脲支原体(UU)及人型支原体(MH)的培养及药敏结果,判断两种试剂对UU及MH检出的阳性率及药敏结果在临床上的应用。[方法]非淋菌性尿道炎(NGU)泌尿生殖道标本同时接种国产与进口试剂,进行UU及MH培养、药敏试验,并按要求操作并观察记录结果。[结果]试剂间阳性率UUx2=0.00(P>0.05),MHx2=1.50(P>0.05)。UU敏感药物国产试剂强力霉素(多西环素)89.39%、美满霉素(米诺环素)87.90%、四环素84.80%、交沙霉素81.80%;进口试剂的敏感药物是:交沙霉素98.50%、原始霉素(普那霉素)98.50%、多西环素95.45%、四环素89.40%。[结论]两种试剂培养结果无明显差异,药敏结果对临床医师应用抗生素治疗意义较为重要,从卫生经济学角度考虑,宜选择国产试剂作为常规检测试剂,如果医院使用进口抗生素较多,则需选择符合程度较高的试剂盒。应用多西环素、交沙霉素治疗UU及MH感染疗效较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To explore the culture and drug sensitive result of national and import reagents on urinary genital tract UU and MH,judge the UU and MH positive rates and application of drug sensitive result in clinic of the 2 reagents.[Method] The NGU urinary genital tract specimen meanwhile inoculates both reagents,make UU and MH culture and drug sensitive test,and observe the records.[Result] The positive rates: UUx2=0.00(P >0.05),MHx2=1.50(P >0.05);UU sensitive drugs of national reagent doxycycline was 89.39%,MINO 87.90%,tetracycline 84.80%,josamycin 81.80%;the sensitive drugs of import reagent:josamycin 98.50%,pyostacin 98.50%,doxycycline 95.45%,tetracycline 89.40%.[Conclusion] Two kinds of reagents culture results had no marked difference,the drug sensitive results was of key importance to applying antibiotics in clinic.From hygiene economical angle,we shall select kit with high coincidence degree;to use doxycycline and josacycline for UU and MH infection had good cure effect.更多还原
