【摘要】 [目的]研究益肾活血解毒汤对高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的影响。[方法]将60例高血压颈动脉粥样硬化患者随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组给予阿托伐他汀,研究组在对照组基础上结合益肾活血解毒汤;服药前后做颈动脉超声检查记录斑块体积和性质、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)的变化。[结果]治疗3个月后,研究组患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块有所减轻,TC、TG、hs-CRP均明显下降,与对照组相比差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。[结论]益肾活血解毒汤对高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块有治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To study the influence of Yishenhuoxuejiedu-decoction on the atherosclerosis plaque of hypertension patients of carotid artery.[Methods] A total of 60 patients with hypertension and carotid atherosclerosis were randomly divided into study group and routine therapy control group,study group given of Yishenhuoxuejiedu-decoction one dose per day,separately half portion taken morning and at night and 20mg atovastatin one time per day,control group with 20mg atovastatin one time per day for 3 months.The atherosclerosis plaque volume and character of carotid artery were measured before and after treatment in all patients with Doppler ultrasonograph.The levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) were also assayed at the onset and the end of the study.[Results] After 6 months administration of study group,the thickness of the atherosclerosis plaque of carotid artery reduced significantly,the levels of TC,TG and hs-CRP were all reduced.Comparing with the control group,the differences were significant statisticaly.[Conclusion] The treatment of Yishenhuoxuejiedu-decoction modulating blood lipid combined with antihypertension can stabilize the plaque of carotid artery of patients with hypertension.更多还原
