【Abstract】 Professional colloquial language in service industry is a reflection of the graciousness of its society and a full embodiment of its people’s spirit.Through the survey,we developed an understanding of the current situation of the foundations,needs and training of the professional colloquial speech used in Guangzhou.Considering the existing long-term systematic problems like lagging application,over advancing rural urbanization training and the equal development of skills from elementary to professional levels,this paper suggests that such issues as the development of industry,the needs of society and the characteristics of pragmatics should be integrated into the solution to the problems.更多还原
