【Abstract】 Confucian’s the Four Books contains a wealth of social justice ideal of respecting and trusting the talents.It involves standards of the talent and the measure about how to select and so on.The Analects of Confucius states that talent recruitment should follow no set forms,brings numerous men of talents into full play;The Great Learning puts a strict ban on fatuous ruling parties and on those who belittle the talented,which can provide the important guarantees for respecting and trusting of the talents;The Doctrine of the Mean advocates that the retarded and the unworthy can be transformed into men of dignity and capability,which can point out the correct indirection for training more talents,and give an opportunity to those from lower class;Mencius,which proposes treating the capable with courtesy and respect,provides both spiritual and material support for talent recruiting system,thus promotes sustainable development of social functions.This ideological feature of respecting for the talents is parallel to loving and being close to parents.更多还原
