【摘要】 近年来,高校学术论文抄袭成为常态,学术不端之风越演越烈,伤害了学术的根本。针对目前高校学术道德和学风建设体制在实际运行过程中有效监督机制和具体惩罚措施的不足,以高校学术论文反抄袭为切入点,提出采用学术不端检测系统等手段,以高校学术委员会为运行机构的一套防范学术论文抄袭的运行机制,可确实加强高校的学术道德和学风建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Recently,plagiarism has become more frequent in higher education institutions.Academic misconducts are becoming more common and have led to a series of grave consequences,challenging the foundations of the academic world.In higher education institutions,considering the lack of effective monitoring mechanism and specific punitive measures,and by using Academic Misconduct Literature Check System,some measures on reconstructing academic ethics are proposed so as to prevent plagiarism and to improve the mechanism of enforcing an academic code of ethics.更多还原
