【摘要】 选用氯化汞、次氯酸钠和抗生素溶液分别对中华红叶杨的茎段和叶片进行消毒,在消毒过程中,3种消毒剂分别设置了不同的消毒时间,接种于同种培养基上,统计其污染率并观察其生长状况。结果表明:对于茎段和叶片,氯化汞的消毒效果都优于其它2种,次氯酸钠次之,抗生素最差。更多还原

【Abstract】 Selecting mercuric chloride,sodium hypochlorite and antibiotic solution respectively disinfection on leaves and the stem of Zhonghuahongye,in the experiment three kinds of disinfectants were respectively used with different sterilization time,inoculated in the same medium,the statistics of the rate of contamination and observing the condition of growth.The results showed that for stem and leaf,mercuric chloride was better than that of the others,sodium hypochlorite was the second,antibiotics was the worst.更多还原
