杨梅箱式气调模拟贮运保鲜技术研究

【摘要】 采用气调、蓄冷剂+气调对不同品种杨梅开展出库模拟运输试验。结果表明:蓄冷剂+气调贮运保鲜效果明显优于其它;"东魁"种杨梅优于"荸荠"种;公路比铁路运输对杨梅的品质保持更有利;基地A杨梅品质更佳。同时,试验气调箱的便携性和巧妙设计在杨梅贮运保鲜中应用具有明显优势。

【Abstract】 The tranfport storage effect of waxberry which was treated by modified atmosphere with coolant or without coolant in it.The results showed that the mode of transport of the modified atmosphere which had coolant in it had the advantage over the other storge ways.The quality of Dongkui wayberry was better than Biqi wayberry,also,railway transport was more favorable than road transport on the wayberry,in terms of the wayberry’s origin,base A’s wayberry had the advantage over the Xiangshan’s Wayberry.Moreover,the better portability and the ingenious design of the modified atmosphere boxes made waxberry transport preservation in the commercial applications with outstanding advantage.
