NaCl胁迫对鱼腥草光合作用的影响

【摘要】 以四川峨眉产和湖南怀化产鱼腥草为试材,研究了不同浓度NaCl(0、0.10、0.15、0.20和0.25mol/L)胁迫下鱼腥草的光合特性变化。结果表明:随NaCl浓度的升高不同产地鱼腥草的光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度等生理指标均呈现下降的趋势,说明NaCl胁迫抑制了2个居群鱼腥草的生长和光合作用。当NaCl浓度大于0.20mol/L时,湖南怀化产湘白鱼腥草的光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度均有上升的趋势。说明湘白鱼腥草能进行自身调节提高光合作用从而提高其对盐胁迫的适应性。

【Abstract】 The effects of different concentrations of NaCl(0,0.10,0.15,0.20 and 0.25 mol/L)on plant growth,photosynthetic characteristics of different Houttuynia cordata Thunb from Emei,Sichuan province(HTE)and Huaihua county,Hunan province(HTH)were studied.The results showed that with increasing NaCl concentration,the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr),stomatal conductance(Cs) and intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci)decreased significantly,It was indicated that the growth and photosynthesis of the HTE and the HTH were inhibited under NaCl stress.However,when the concentrations of NaCl increased 0.25 mol/L,the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr),stomatal conductance(Cs) and intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci) of the HTH increased,the results indicated that the HTH adjusted themselves to improve photosynthesis and adapt to salt stress.
