【摘要】 目的:探索新生大鼠肺组织蜡块制作的合适条件。方法:取20只出生5天的新生大鼠肺组织进行固定、脱水、浸蜡、包埋。结果:新生大鼠肺组织适宜的包埋条件为:①4%甲醛固定液固定18～24h;②65%的酒精和4%的甲醛固定液1:1体积的液体中浸泡(12～24h);③70%酒精里浸泡(12～24h)后进行本文结果中的包埋程序可得到较高质量的新生大鼠肺组织石蜡切片。结论:通过细致的摸索过程可以得到新生大鼠肺组织的适宜包埋条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the appropriate condition of paraffin embedding about the newborn rat lung tissue.Methods:Take the lung tissues of 20 neonatal rats at day 5 and then Get the tissues fixed,dehydrated,transparent and wax dipped in different time period.Results:The optimal paraffin-embedding condition of the Newborn rat lung tissue is①Fix the tissues for 18 hours to 24 hours in 4% formaldehyde fixative,②Soak in 65% alcohol and 4% formaldehyde fixative 1:1 volume of liquid water for 12 hours to 24 hours,③Immersed in 70% alcohol for 12 hours to 24 hours,after that put the tissues in the embedding program in this paper then you can get a newborn rat lung tissue paraffin section in good quality.Conclusions Through a detailed exploration process,we can get the suitable paraffin-embedding condition of the newborn rat lung tissue.更多还原
