采用空穴阻挡层提高有机太阳电池效率的研究
Efficiency Improvement of Organic Solar Cell by Hole Blocking
【摘要】 为研究BCP对有机太阳电池的影响,制备了含BCP层的体相异质结电池,器件结构为:ITO/PEDOT:PSS/P3HT+PCBM/BCP/LiF/Al。结果表明:BCP层起到了空穴阻挡和电子传输的作用,器件性能随着BCP层厚度的不同而变化,当BCP厚度为6nm时,其性能最好。
【Abstract】 To study the effect of BCP on organic solar cell,a bulk heterojunction battery containing BCP layer was prepared.The battery has the structure as ITO/PEDOT:PSS/P3HT+PCBM/BCP/LiF/Al.Experimental results indicate that BCP layer has the effect of hole blocking and electron transport.The property of the cell varies with the thickness of BCP layer,and 6 nm is the optimum thickness.
