舌鳞癌组织肾上腺髓质素表达及与血管生成的关系

【摘要】 目的研究肾上腺髓质素(ADM)在舌鳞癌(TSCC)组织表达及其与血管生成关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测ADM、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在35例TSCC及相应正常舌组织、7例口腔白斑组织表达,并进行微血管密度(MVD)计数。结果 TSCC组织中ADM阳性表达率高于正常舌组织和口腔白斑组织(Z=-5.441、-4.285,P<0.01)。ADM表达与VEGF表达及MVD计数呈正相关(r=0.623、0.783,P<0.05)。结论 ADM能够促进VEGF的表达并与VEGF协同诱导肿瘤血管生成,从而促进肿瘤的生长和转移。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of adrenomedullin(ADM) in tongue squamous cell carcinoma(TSCC) and its association with angiogenesis. Methods The expressions of ADM and VEGF were measured by immunohistochemical assay in 35 TSCC and their corresponding normal tongue tissues and seven cases of oral leukoplakia.Their microvessel density(MVD) count was made. Results The positive rate of ADM in TSCC was higher than that in tissues of normal tongue and oral leukoplakia(Z=-5.441,-4.285;P<0.01).The expression of ADM was positively correlated with expression of VEGF,and MVD count(r=0.623,0.783;P<0.05). Conclusion ADM can promote VEGF expression and combine with VEGF to co-induce angiogenesis of TSCC,resulting in the growth and metastasis of tumor.
