【摘要】 目的:观察屏障技术在重度颅脑损伤患者护理中的应用效果。方法:将122例重度颅脑损伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用传统的护理模式进行护理,观察组使用屏障技术进行护理,比较2组不良事件发生率和对护理质量满意度。结果:观察组使用屏障技术后不良事件发生率下降,护理质量达标率和对护理质量满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对重度颅脑损伤患者应用屏障技术进行护理有较好的效果,能提高护理质量和患者满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects of the barrier technique on care patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods:One hundred and twenty-two cases with severe craniocerebral injury were randomly divided into the observation group and control group.The control group were cared with traditional mode nursing and the observation group were cared with barrier technology.The adverse event incidence,nursing quality and satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results:The adverse event incidence of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of nursing success rate and quality of care satisfaction were higher than those in the control group(P< 0.05). Conclusions:The barrier nursing technique for severe craniocerebral injury patients can obtain good effects and improve the quality of nursing and patients′ satisfaction.更多还原
