【摘要】 文章在对我国医疗制度进行全面梳理的基础上,根据对国内外医疗纠纷现状的分析结果,通过对近几年医疗纠纷案例的实证研究,找寻因医疗制度原因所导致发生医疗纠纷的客观规律,从而指出政策法规存在的缺陷和错误导向,研究其和医疗纠纷产生的联系,并就此提出解决医疗纠纷的对策和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the author firstly gives a comprehensive overview about the health care system in China,and then does empirical research on the cases of medical disputes in recent years,and,according to the results of the analysis of the medical disputes at home and abroad,looks for the objective law and the causes leading to the medical disputes,and points out the flaws and misguidance in policies and regulations,and their relations with the medical disputes,and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for settling the medical disputes.更多还原
