高效液相色谱法测定铁观音茶叶和茶茎中的维生素C含量

【摘要】 建立一种用于分析铁观音茶叶和茶茎中维生素C含量的高效液相色谱法.采用超声法提取,以0.01%盐酸做提取剂,对样品中的维生素C含量进行定性和定量分析.线性回归方程为:Y=3.286×104C+3.957×104,相关系数R=0.999 1.维生素C的质量浓度在1.00~30.00μg/mL范围内,峰面积Y与浓度C呈良好线性关系.该方法的回收率为90.90%~99.25%,最低检出限1.00μg/mL.结果表明:铁观音茶叶中维生素C的含量高于茶茎中维生素C的含量.

【Abstract】 A method for analysis of Tie Guan-yin tea leaves and tea stems in vitamin C content used by high performance liquid chromatography is established.Using the ultrasonic extraction method,with 0.01% hydrochloric acid as extractant,the samples in the vitamin C content are qualitative and quantitative.The linear regression equation is:Y=3.286×104 C+3.957×104 and the correlation coefficient is R=0.999 1.In the range of 1.00~30.00 μg/mL for Vitamin C mass concentration,peak area Y and concentration of C shows good linear relationship.The recovery of this method is 90.90%~99.25 %,the minimum detectable limit is 1.00 μg/mL.The results shows that Tie Guan-yi tea leaves in the vitamin C content is higher than the content of vitamin C in tea stems.
