台车式热处理炉炉膛压力控制系统设计
Design of pressure control system of trolley heat-treatment furnace
【摘要】 台车式热处理炉炉膛压力是反映炉内燃烧工况正常与否和运行中监视、控制的重要参数之一,不仅与燃烧效率直接相关,而且与安全、节能和环保密切联系。针对在满足热处理炉膛温度控制精度下的合理控制炉膛压力问题,以"东北特钢集团大连基地锻钢工程新建台车式热处理炉"为课题背景,提出了一套新的控制方案—传统的单闭环调节加上炉膛压力监督机制控制,给出控制系统构成。仿真结果证明,控制方法有效。
【Abstract】 The chamber pressure is one of the important parameters of trolley heat-treatment furnace in monitoring,controlling and reflecting the combustion conditions.It’s not only closely related to the combustion efficiency but also the safety,energy saving and environment protection.Due to the reasonable control problem of furnace pressure that satisfies the accuracy requirement for the furnace temperature,a new control scheme is proposed based on the new-built car-type heat treatment furnace used in forged steel project of Northeast Special Steel Group in Dalian,which is a traditional single closed loop regulation plus furnace pressure monitoring mechanism.The simulation results verify the effectiveness of this control method.
