糖化发酵在纤维乙醇生产中的应用研究进展
Research Progress on the Application of Synchronous Saccharification and Fermentation in Cellulose Ethanol Production
【摘要】 利用纤维类物质生产燃料乙醇已成为解决能源问题的重要方法。针对糖化发酵生产纤维乙醇的水解反应和发酵进程进行探讨,综述了木质纤维素生产乙醇的发酵方法、发酵菌种的选择、发酵抑制物及其去除方法,可为乙醇生产提供指导和借鉴。
【Abstract】 Using fiber material to produce fuel ethanol has become an important method in solving energy problem.The paper studied hydrolisis reaction and fermentation process in producing cellulosic ethanol by saccharification and fermentation.The fermentative methods in cellulose ethanol production,the choice of fermentative bacteria and fermentative inhibitors and methods of detoxification were reviewed,it would provide guidance and reference for ethanol production.
