新型履带自走式联合收割机液压—机械行走系统方案设计

【摘要】 为解决传统履带式联合收割通常不能实现原地转向、水田通过性较差等问题,提出了新型的液压—机械行走系统方案设计。主要阐述了所采用的技术方案,即采用双联集成变量柱塞泵和2个定量摆线马达组成相互独立闭式液压传动系统;由定量摆线马达驱动安装在履带驱动轮上的单级行星轮减速器,通过单级行星轮减速器增加扭矩后,由履带驱动轮带动履带工作。该设计方案可以实现联合收割机的原地回转,并且提高了联合收割机的水田通过性。

【Abstract】 A proposal design of the new hydraulic-machinery running system was proposed,so as to solve these problems,such as incapable pivot steering of the traditional crawler combine harvester,its unsatisfying paddy field passing ability,etc.A new technical scheme was elaborated,including forming a mutual independent closed hydrostatic drive system by adopting dual integrated variable piston pump and two quantitative cycloid motors,leading crawler driving wheel to work by the single planet wheel reducer,making left-right crawlers constant speed positive inversion by crawler driving wheel constant speed positive inversion so as to achieve the pivot steering of combine harvesters,improving the paddy field passing ability of combine harvesters by using the single planet wheel reducer instead of traditional transmission assembly.
