【摘要】 目的观察益肾活血解毒汤对动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)家兔血脂、一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)、内皮素(endothelin-1,ET-1)及高敏C-反应蛋白(high sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)的影响。方法将32只雄性新西兰大耳白兔随机分为空白组、模型组、益肾活血解毒汤组、辛伐他汀组。采用球囊导管损伤颈动脉内膜结合高脂饮食的方法复制AS模型。12周后测定各组血清总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(triglyeride,TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、NO、ET-1及hs-CRP含量。结果①与模型组比较,益肾活血解毒汤组TG、TC、LDL、ET-1及hs-CRP含量明显下降(P<0.01),NO、HDL-C明显升高(P<0.01)。②与模型组比较,益肾活血解毒汤组动脉壁AS斑块明显改善,泡沫细胞明显减少。结论益肾活血解毒汤有明显的抗AS形成的作用,可能与其降低血脂、改善内皮细胞功能、减少炎性反应等因素有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Yishen Huoxue Jiedu Decoction(YHJD),a traditional Chineseprescription for tonifying the kidney,promoting blood circulation,and detoxification,on the levels of blood lipids,nitric oxide(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1),and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in rabbits with atherosclerosis(AS).Methods A total of 32 male New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into blank group,model group,YHJD treatment group,and simvastatin treatment group.The AS model was induced using a balloon catheter to injure the carotid intima combined with high-fat diet.The levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyeride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),NO,ET-1,and hs-CRP in each group was determined after 12 weeks.Results(1) Compared with the model group,the YHJD treatment group showed significantly decreased levels of TG,TC,LDL,ET-1,and hs-CRP(P<0.01) and significantly increased levels of NO and HDL-C(P<0.01).(2) Compared with the model group,the YHJD treatment group showed significant decrease in the severity of atherosclerotic plaque and the number of foam cells in the artery wall.Conclusion YHJD has an obvious effects against AS,and its mechanism may be related to decreasing blood lipids,improving the function of endothelial cells,and reducing inflammatory reactions.更多还原
