肝康乐对小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用
Protective Effects of Gankangle against Acute Hepatic Injury in Mice
【摘要】 目的研究肝康乐对小鼠实验性急性肝损伤的作用及其作用机制。方法分别采用腹腔注射四氯化碳、硫代乙酰胺(thioacetamide,TAA)复制小鼠急性肝损伤模型,同时给予小鼠肝康乐灌胃。检测小鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、肝组织丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)的含量以及肝脏指数。结果肝康乐能显著降低急性肝损伤小鼠血清ALT、AST水平及肝组织MDA的含量,降低肝脏指数。结论肝康乐具有抗小鼠急性肝损伤的作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of Gankangle,a traditional Chinese prescription for hepatopathy,against acute hepatic injury in mice and to explore its mechanism.Methods Mouse Models of acute hepatic injury were induced by intraperitoneal injection of carbon tetrachloride and thioacetamide(TAA),separately.Meanwhile,those mice were treated by intragastric administration of Gankangle.The serum levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST),the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in the liver,and hepatic index were measured.Results Gankangle could significantly decrease the serum levels of ALT and AST,the content of MDA,and the hepatic index in mice with hepatic injury.Conclusion Gankangle has protective effects against acute hepatic injury in mice.
