葛根素纳米粉体的制备及质量评价
Preparation of Puerarin Nano-powder and Its Quality Evaluation
【摘要】 目的制备葛根素纳米冻干粉,并对其进行质量评价。方法通过对冻干保护剂、冻干时间、预冻温度等的单因素考察,选择葛根素纳米冻干粉的最佳制备工艺,并对冻干粉的理化性质、纳米形态和质量进行评价。结果葛根素纳米粉体的最佳成型工艺为:以甘露醇为冻干保护剂,置-80℃冰箱中预冻12h,然后在-40℃、5Pa下真空冷冻干燥36h升华水分。制备的纳米粉体具有良好的溶解性能,平均粒径为108nm,表面电位为-24.3mV,平均含量约为140mg/g。结论采用冻干技术制备葛根素纳米粉体技术可行。
【Abstract】 Objective To prepare puerarin solid nano-powder and evaluate its quality.Methods The protectant,time of gelsiccation and pre-freezing temperature were investigated to optimize the preparation of puerarin nano-powder,and its physico-chemical property,morphous and quality were also evaluated.Results The optimized formulation was as follows:the protectant was mannitol,which was freeze-dried for 36 hours at the condition of-40 ℃ and 5 Pa after 12-hour pre-freezing.The pre-freezing temperature was-80 ℃.The dissolubility of prepared nano-powder was good and the mean diameter was 108 nm.The surface potential was-24.3 mV and the average content was almost 140 mg/g.Conclusion The technology of freeze drying could be used to prepare the puerarin nano-powder.
