【摘要】 目的确定亮菌水提液的干燥方法,研究亮菌胶囊的辅料配比及用量。方法将水提法得到亮菌提取液水浴浓缩后加无水乙醇研磨,恒温60～65℃干燥后制成干浸膏,按辅料的有无以及加入辅料的比例混合并进一步制成颗粒,以浸膏的吸湿率和流动性为考察指标,对加入淀粉、糊精两种辅料后制得的颗粒进行考察,优选出最佳辅料及配比。结果加入糊精淀粉量为原药质量的25%且比为75∶18∶7时,颗粒的吸湿率和流动性都明显改善。结论该研究结果能为大规模生产工艺参数提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the method of armillaridlla water extraction and to study the ratio and the amount of accessories of armillaridlla capsule.Methods Water bath was used to condense the extraction before adding ethanol to abrasive.The temperature was maintained at 60～65℃.The particles were made according to the availability of accessories and ratio of adding accessories.With moisture absorption rate and liquidity as indexes the particles added with starch and dextrin were inspected for optimized accessories and ratio.Results When the amount of added starch and dextrin was 25% of the original drug and the mass ratio was 75∶ 18∶ 7,the moisture absorption rate and liquidity of the particles were significantly improved.Conclusion The results can provide a reference for the process parameters of mass production.更多还原
