【摘要】 目的评价逆行交锁髓内钉内固定结合被动活动器(CPM)治疗股骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性总结2007年5月—2009年8月采用逆行交锁髓内钉内固定治疗35例股骨远端骨折,其中A1型10例,A2型6例,A3型3例,C1型7例,C2型7例,C3型2例,术后早期进行伤肢CPM锻炼。结果 35例均获得随访,随访4～24月,平均13月,骨折在6～9月内愈合,膝关节功能恢复良好,按Kolmert膝关节评分,优良率为95%。结论逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折具有操作简单安全,创伤小,骨折愈合快,术后早期可进行伤肢CPM锻炼,并发症少,是治疗股骨远端骨折有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of retrograde intramedullary interlocking nail and CPM for distal femoral fractures.Methods A retrospective study was carried out in 35 cases.Early CPM was began within 24h after operation.Results Thirty-five cases were followed up for 4 to 24 months,13 months on average.The time of bone healing was between 6 and 9 months.According to Kolmert criterion system,the knee function recovered well with excellent and good rate of 95%.Conclusion Retrograde intramedullary interlocking nails can ensure quick fractures healing and have fewer complication with simple procedures.CPM can be used early after operation.It is an optimal measure for fractures of distal femur更多还原
