【摘要】 目的考查注射用灯盏花素与不同输液的配伍的稳定性因素。方法取同一批号的灯盏花素,在不同的温度、pH条件下与不同的输液配伍成不同浓度,观察其颜色和澄明度。结果灯盏花素与较低pH的输液配伍时,出现絮状沉淀。结论注射用灯盏花素在输液中的稳定性与输液的pH有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Examine the compatibility in the mixed solutions which were mixed by breviscapine injection and different transfusions at the conditions of 4 ℃,25 ℃,37 ℃.Methods Breviscapine injections with.The same batch number were mixed into different concentrations at different temperatures,different pH conditions.The color and clarity with different transfusions were observed.Results Breviscapine injection in the transfusion with lower pH had flocculent precipitate.Conclusion Breviscapine injection’s stability in transfusion is related with the pH.更多还原
