【摘要】 本着探索如何从急诊医学学科独特性出发,搞好教学医院急诊医学临床教学工作的目的,该研究采用病例与技能培训相结合的方法,对实习医师、轮转住院医师和培训全科医师以及进修医师使用不同的教程,通过实践发现,分层教学对不同需求的医师或医学生均取得了明显效果。研究结果证实,教学医院急诊医学教学独特性的积极思考与实践,有助于满足不同层面的需求,有利于全面提高卫生人才的急救理论和技能水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the ways of promoting the emergency medicine clinic education in large hospital,we use case and skill training measures,carrying out different training courses for interns,rotation clinical residents,general physician and graduate physicians.Remarkable results have been obtained in the teaching on demand of medical students and residency.Our findings suggest that some reflections on the teaching of emergency medicine distinctive quality could meet the demand of different educational objects,and improve the level of emergency medicine.更多还原
