胰岛素抵抗细胞模型研究进展
Reserch progress of insulin resistant cell model
【摘要】 胰岛素抵抗是2型糖尿病和代谢综合征共同的重要病理生理基础和显著特征。由于胰岛素信号传递复杂,为阐明胰岛素抵抗产生的具体机制,研究者通过建立胰岛素抵抗细胞模型进行胰岛素抵抗研究,其中脂肪细胞和肝细胞是应用较多的两种细胞模型。然而在相同的诱导因素下不同的细胞类型发生胰岛素抵抗的程度都会不同,其机制也不尽相同。该文就关于不同细胞类型建立胰岛素抵抗模型做个相关综述。
【Abstract】 Insulin resistance is an important pathophysiological basis of type 2 diabetes and is a dominant feature for metabolic syndrome.Due to the complex insulin signaling,in order to clarify the specific mechanism of insulin resistance,targeted at the mechanism of disease development,the researchers aimed to the establishment of insulin resistant cell model,in which fat cell and liver cell models were used more often.However,under different cell types degrees of insulin resistance are different,and so are the mechanism by the same induction factors.In this paper,the establishment of insulin resistance model under different cell tryes is summarized.
