【摘要】 目的评价B超引导下经皮肾镜碎石取石术治疗复杂性肾结石的疗效及安全性。方法收集并分析2005～2012年586例完成该手术的复杂性肾结石患者资料。结果手术均取得成功,一期结石取净率86.7%,术后平均住院时间8 d。6例术中出血较多行二期手术;3例术后出血行高选择性肾动脉栓塞,2例术后出现肾周感染行穿刺引流。结论 B超引导下经皮肾镜碎石取石术治疗复杂性肾结石安全、有效,尤其对开放手术难度大的患者优势明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of management of complex renal calculi by percutaneous nephrolithotomy under B-type ultrasound-guided.Methods Data of 586 cases of patients with complex renal calculi underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy from 2005 to 2012 were analysed.Results All the operations were successful,and the stone-clearance rate was 86.7%.The mean postoperative hospitalization time was 8 days.Six cases of serious bleeding underwent second-stage surgery after transfusion;three cases of bleeding a week after operation were cured by high renal artery embolization;two cases of postoperative perirenal effusion with infection were cured by puncture and drainage.Conclusion Percutaneous nephrolithotomy under B-type ultrasound-guided for treatment of complex renal calculi is safe,effective and well tolerated in patients,especially for those with complex renal calculi with a large open surgical difficulty,it has an unparalleled advantage.更多还原
