【摘要】 目的探讨咪唑安定联合芬太尼及丙泊酚在结肠镜下息肉切除术中的效果及安全性。方法将结肠镜下治疗患者总共238例,按患者意愿分为麻醉组152例,普通组86例,麻醉组在肠镜检查前静脉注射咪唑安定、芬太尼及丙泊酚,比较2组患者治疗成功率及到达盲肠的时间,记录检查前后的血压、心率、血氧饱和度及满意度情况。结果麻醉组在进镜时间、治疗成功率、并发症及满意度方面均优于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),安全性方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论咪唑安定联合芬太尼及丙泊酚在结肠镜下息肉切除术中的应用具有明显的优势,较高的安全性,值得基层临床医院大力推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the feasibility of midazolam combined with fentanyl and propofol in resection of polyps by colonoscopy.Methods Totally 238 patients for resection of polyps by colonoscopy were divided into two groups: 152 patients in anesthesia group and 86 patients in normal group.Patients in anesthesia group were intravenously injected midazolam combined with fentanyl and propofol.Changes of blood pressure,heart rate,and blood oxygen saturation in both groups were observed;running time,treatment ratio,adverse reaction and the ratio of satisfaction were recorded during the colonoscopy.Results The anesthesia group was better than normal group in running time,treatment ratio,and the ratio of satisfaction.There were no adverse reactions in two groups.Conclusion The feasibility of midazolam combined with fentanyl and propofol in resection of polyps by colonoscopy is advantageous,safe and worth promotion in primary clinical hospitals.更多还原
