【摘要】 目的探讨应用外固定支结合负压封闭引流技术(VSD)治疗GustiloⅢ型踝关节周围开放性损伤的疗效。方法回顾2010年5月至2011年5月采用外固定支架结合VSD治疗的11例GustiloⅢ型踝关节周围开放性损伤,对其进行分析评定。结果所有病例均获得随访,随访时间3~12个月,伤口均Ⅰ期愈合,骨折无畸形愈合、不愈合现象。结论外固定支架结合VSD治疗GustiloⅢ型踝关节周围开放性损伤,在为骨折提供有效固定的同时又能封闭创腔、控制感染并刺激肉芽组织增生覆盖创面,疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical efficacy of treatment of Gustilo type III opening damage around the ankle using external fixation apparatus combined with vacuum sealing drainage(VSD).Methods Clinical data of eleven cases of Gustilo type III opening damage around the ankle using external fixation apparatus combined with vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) from May 2010 to May 2011 were reviewed,analyzed and assessed.Results 11 patients were all followed up,with the follow-up time ranging from 3 to 12 months.The wounds were all healed at one time.There was no malunion and nonunion for fractures.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of treatment of Gustilo type III opening damage around the ankle using external fixation apparatus combined with vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)is satisfactory.The operation can close the wound cavity and provide effective fixation for fractures at the same time.It can effectively control infection and stimulate the proliferation of granulation tissue covering the wound.更多还原
